Why me…why us…<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

My reflection is that I can bring a very diverse, deep, and broad background in leadership, talent strategy, and human capital consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having partnered with a vast cross-section of organization types, I have navigated them through various economic climates and strategic objectives, with a sole focus on driving meaningful outcomes through the impact of talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a business leader, I managed a P&L business unit with over 120 people across 9 countries, achieving transformation in growth targets that were set and delivered before, during, and after Covid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a member of an APAC leadership team overseeing more than 2,000 employees, I coached, mentored, and led individuals to realize their potential. For clients, I’ve addressed everything from building a new Board to developing assessment programs for specific job families, as well as evaluating the talent strategy within Portfolio Companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
